Make perfect Air Fryer Egg Toast in 8 mins! A quick, protein-rich breakfast with eggs, toast & optional cheese or bacon.
Ingredients

- 2 slices bread (any type)
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional: shredded cheese, avocado, bacon bits, herbs
Instructions
- Line air fryer basket with parchment or lightly spray with cooking spray.
- Butter one side of each bread slice. Press indent in center using a glass.
- Place slices in air fryer basket. Crack one egg into each indent. Season and optionally top with cheese.
- Air fry at 320°F for 8 minutes for runny yolks or 1–2 minutes more for firmer yolks.
- Serve hot with fruit, bacon, or avocado.
Notes
Use sourdough or ciabatta for extra crunch. Top with mashed avocado after cooking for a savory twist. Great with pre-cooked bacon or cheese.
