Description

Make perfect Air Fryer Egg Toast in 8 mins! A quick, protein-rich breakfast with eggs, toast & optional cheese or bacon.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices bread (any type)
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Optional: shredded cheese, avocado, bacon bits, herbs


Instructions

  1. Line air fryer basket with parchment or lightly spray with cooking spray.
  2. Butter one side of each bread slice. Press indent in center using a glass.
  3. Place slices in air fryer basket. Crack one egg into each indent. Season and optionally top with cheese.
  4. Air fry at 320°F for 8 minutes for runny yolks or 1–2 minutes more for firmer yolks.
  5. Serve hot with fruit, bacon, or avocado.
