- 1 cup caramel bits

- ¼ cup powdered sugar
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- ½ cup dried apple chips, crushed
Instructions
- Place the Rice Chex in a large mixing bowl.
- Microwave the white chocolate chips and caramel bits in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Stir in the vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.
- Pour the melted mixture over the Chex and toss gently to coat evenly.
- In a separate bowl, combine apple pie spice, powdered sugar, and granulated sugar.
- Sprinkle the sugar mix over the coated Chex and stir to evenly distribute.
- Add crushed dried apple chips and mix gently.
- Spread the mixture on parchment paper and let it cool completely before serving.
