These oven-baked Cheeseburger Sliders for a Crowd are juicy, cheesy, and party-ready! Perfect for game day, birthdays, or easy family dinners.

- 1 medium onion (finely diced, about 1 cup)
- 1 ½ pounds ground beef (85/15 blend)
- ½ cup plain bread crumbs
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
- ½ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 6 slices American cheese
- 24 dill pickle chips
- 24 small slider rolls (Hawaiian rolls work great)
- Ketchup and mustard, for serving
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread diced onions evenly in a 9×13-inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, eggs, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Don’t overmix.
- Evenly press the beef mixture over the onions in the baking dish.
- Bake for 10–15 minutes, until fully cooked with no pink inside.
- Remove and blot excess grease from the top with paper towels.
- Top with cheese slices and return to the oven for 1–2 minutes until melted.
- Slice into 24 small squares using a knife or pizza cutter.
- Assemble sliders with rolls, pickles, and condiments. Serve warm!

Make ahead tip: Cook and slice the beef slab in advance. Reheat before assembling for easy party prep. Customize with BBQ sauce, cheddar cheese, or spicy mustard!
