These High Protein Frozen Peanut Butter Greek Yogurt Bites are sweet, satisfying, and packed with protein. Perfect for a post-workout snack, healthy dessert, or kid-friendly treat—with zero baking required!

- ½ cup Greek yogurt (full fat)
- ¼ cup powdered peanut butter (like PB Fit or PB2)
- 1 tablespoon creamy peanut butter
- ½ tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips (Lily’s or similar)
- 1 teaspoon coconut oil
- Flaky sea salt (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix Greek yogurt, powdered peanut butter, creamy peanut butter, and maple syrup until smooth.
- Line a plate or small tray with parchment paper. Scoop the mixture into 6 even portions and freeze for 10–20 minutes until firm.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and coconut oil. Microwave in 30-second bursts, stirring until melted and smooth.
- Dip each frozen yogurt bite in melted chocolate to coat. Sprinkle with flaky salt if using. Place on parchment and refrigerate until set.
- Serve immediately or store in fridge for up to 4 days.
Notes
Swap in almond or cashew butter. Stir in granola or cereal for crunch. Skip chocolate for plain yogurt clusters. Flavored Greek yogurt adds variety. Add protein powder, adjusting the texture if needed.
