Sheet Pan Nachos are the ultimate fast and fun meal. Crispy tortilla chips layered with melty cheese, seasoned meat, and bold toppings all baked on one pan for maximum flavor and minimal cleanup. Perfect for game day, family nights, or easy comfort food anytime.

Ingredients

Scale
  • Thick tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1 pound cooked ground beef or shredded chicken
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 cup black beans, drained
  • 1/2 cup corn
  • 1/4 cup sliced jalapeños
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup diced red onion
  • Sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
  2. Line a large sheet pan with parchment paper.
  3. Spread tortilla chips in one even layer without overcrowding.
  4. Sprinkle half of the cheddar and Monterey Jack cheese over the chips.
  5. Add seasoned ground beef or shredded chicken evenly across the pan.
  6. Scatter black beans, corn, and jalapeños over the meat.
  7. Top with remaining cheese to lock everything in place.
  8. Bake for 10–15 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  9. Remove from oven and immediately add diced tomatoes, red onion, sour cream, and fresh cilantro.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy immediately for best texture.

Notes

Do not overcrowd the chips or they will become soggy. Always layer cheese both under and over toppings to help everything stick together. Serve immediately for best texture and crispness.
